With a knock-off orifice’s polymer connection box sample will in the temperature 25ºC being test .

With another knock-off orifice’s polymer connection box sample will in the -20±1ºC Placed 5h

After placed , the connection box should repeat above testing immediately

Test procedure as following :

First , use the shortest Length 38mm,Diameter 6.4mm flat-head circular shaft against  knock-off cover apply 44.5N force,continue apply force 1min

Apply force direction with orifice cove plane vertical , its add maybe cause knock-off orifice cover move place , after 1 h , measurement orifice cover with connection box wall dislocation

Second , use a screw knife as chisel , Open the knock-off cover , knockoff after allow the screw knife blade edge along already opened inner wall scratch a circle. In order to clear the edge’s debris

Third , For another two knock-off cover repeat the first step and second step

If connection box’s knock-off cover can have more diameter trepan , when small diameter knock off cover is opened , big diameter knock-off cove should not move , qualified determination
