UBY IPX3-4 rainwater test chamber (compliant with GB 4208-2008/IEC 60529:2001, referencing GB 7000.1-2015/IEC 60598-1:2014) simulates rain/splash for product casing water resistance. Features: PLC+LCD control, auto water shutoff/angle zeroing/descaling; servo-driven precise pendulum (wall-mounted); stainless steel/alloy structure; samples rotate at semi-circular pipe center.

Product Application：

Tests water resistance of outdoor lamps, household appliances, auto parts, electrical cabinets/components and auto/motorcycle parts; aids product design optimization, performance verification and delivery inspection for stable wet-condition operation.

Outdoor lamps, household appliances, auto parts, and other electronic and electrical products. the main function of the equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles, and their parts under the climate conditions of simulated rain, splash, and water spray. After testing, the performance of the product can be judged by verification, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification, and delivery inspection of the product.

According to International Protection Marking IP CODE GB 4208-2008/IEC 60529:2001, IPX3 IPX4 Rain Test Equipment are designed by and made by UBY, and reference to GB 7000.1-2015/IEC 60598-1:2014 Part 9(Dustproof, Anti-solids and Waterproof) Waterproof test standard.

Features:

1. The test sample will be put or installed on the center of the half-round sinuous pipe and make the bottom of the test samples and the oscillating axis in a horizontal position. During the test, the sample would spin around the centerline.

2. Can manual default the test parameters, complete testing automatically shut off the water supply and pendulum pipe angle automatic zeroing and automatic eliminate sleeper, avoid scale blockage needle tip.

3. PLC, LCD panel test procedure control box, stainless steel curved pipe, alloy aluminum frame, stainless steel shell.

4. Servo drive mechanism, guarantee the pendulum pipe angle of precision, the overall pendulum tube structure for hanging a wall.

What about the delivery term?For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days; If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment received; If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4. How can I install and use the machine?Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through Email. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use it.
