How it Works:

Samples are placed inside the basket.
The high-temperature and low-temperature zones are pre-heated and pre-cooled to their set extreme temperatures.
At the start of the test, the basket quickly transfers (usually within seconds) from the high-temperature zone to the low-temperature zone, or vice versa.
This exposes the samples to an extreme and rapid temperature change.

Primary Uses:
It is primarily used to test the resistance of materials, electronic components, automotive parts, and aerospace equipment when they are subjected to sudden and severe temperature variations. The test helps evaluate product reliability, stability, and identify potential failures like solder joint cracks or material degradation.

What about the delivery term?For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days; If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment received; If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4. How can I install and use the machine?Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through Email.
