The UP‑2000 Tensile tester is a compact single‑column universal testing machine for mechanical‑property evaluation of plastic films, laminated materials, flexible packaging, adhesive tapes and other low‑force specimens. Driven by a stepper motor and precision ball‑screw transmission system, and controlled by PLC+HMI touch screen, it delivers stable and repeatable tension and compression test loads.
Multiple test modes including tensile, peel, tear, puncture, constant‑elongation tensile and compression are integrated in one controller. One single unit can replace multiple dedicated testing instruments. Test results such as maximum force, average value, break‑point ratio and sampling data can be printed out directly via the built‑in thermal printer. It is well‑suited for incoming‑goods inspection and on‑site workshop quality control without a PC connected.
* ±0.5% reading force accuracy (Class 0.5), compliant with ASTM E4 / ISO 7500‑1
* Standard 500 N load cell; 50 N / 100 N / 200 N optional for low‑force testing of thin films and aluminium foils
* Stepless speed adjustment ranging from 1 to 500 mm/min to satisfy diverse test‑method requirements
* Approx. 800 mm effective stroke and approx.100 mm test width
* Built‑in thermal printer for automatic test‑report output, PC connection is not mandatory
* Auto‑return, auto‑zero and peak‑hold functions; multi‑safety protection including overload, emergency stop, upper/lower travel limit and leakage protection
* Multi‑unit switchable: N, kN, kgf, gf, lbf
* Interchangeable fixtures for non‑standard samples; supports custom test‑program setup

Q1: What test modes can the UP‑2000 perform?
A: It supports tensile, peel, tear, puncture, constant‑elongation tensile and compression tests for films, foils, tapes and other flexible packaging‑related materials.
Q2: Must a computer be connected to get test data?
A: Not required. The built‑in thermal printer can directly print test reports. RS232 interface is available as an option for PC‑side data acquisition.
Q3: Can I change load‑cell for ultra‑thin‑film low‑force testing?
A: Yes. 50 N /100 N /200 N load‑cells are optional for low‑force measurement of ultra‑thin specimens.
Q4: What accessories can I select as options?
A: Compression, peel, puncture, heat‑seal fixtures, pneumatic grips, sample cutter, PC software and custom‑made non‑standard fixtures are available.
Q5: What after‑sales support is offered?
A: English‑language operation manual and factory calibration certificate are supplied together with the machine. We reply for technical enquiries within 48 hours and provide remote technical guidance.
