LOOP INITIAL ADHESION TESTER is a specialized instrument designed to accurately measure the initial tack or stickiness of pressure-sensitive materials such as tapes, labels, and films.

Function: It employs a unique “loop tack test method.” A loop-shaped sample of the material is brought into contact with a standard test panel at a constant speed and then separated. The maximum force required for separation is measured to quantify its instantaneous adhesive capability.

Meet FINAT (FINAT Test Method No. 9: Loop tack measurement), PSTC-16 LOOP TACK, ASTM D6195-03standard test methods for Loop Tack and the latest GB national standard (Adhesive tape initial adhesion test method loop method).

Test range:

The product is mainly used for the initial adhesion of various electronic tapes, protective films, self-adhesive labels, adhesives and other products.
Test principle: After the annular sample is fully contacted with the standard float test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min, the instrument automatically reverses the annular sample and the test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min to completely separate the maximum force generated. This maximum force value is the initial adhesion of the annular sample tested.

What about the delivery term?For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days; If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment received; If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.

4. How can I install and use the machine?Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through Email.
