UV Accelerated Aging Weathering Test Machine is a device that utilizes fluorescent UV lamps to simulate the ultraviolet spectrum of sunlight, combined with condensation, water spray, and temperature control systems to replicate outdoor moisture, rain, and dew.

The core purpose is to reproduce, in a short time frame, the material degradation effects (such as fading, loss of gloss, chalking, cracking, and reduced strength) that would take months or years to occur outdoors.

This is achieved through intensified UV exposure and cyclic condensation. It is widely used to evaluate the weatherability and service life of materials like coatings, plastics, rubber, and textiles.

1. Are you a Manufacturer? Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? What about the delivery term?For our standard machine which means normal machines, If we have stock in the warehouse, is 3-7 working days; If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment received; If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization services? Can I have my logo on the machine?Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4. How can I install and use the machine?Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation manual or video in English version through Email. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use it.
