Introduction:

UV accelerated weathering test chamber functions by imitating the harmful impacts that long – term outdoor exposure has on materials and coatings. It does this by subjecting test samples to diverse conditions of the most corrosive elements in weathering, namely ultraviolet radiation, humidity, and heat. This type of chamber utilizes fluorescent lamps to generate a radiation spectrum that is concentrated in the ultraviolet wavelengths. Moisture is introduced through forced condensation, while the temperature is regulated by heaters.
