UP-6302 Salt spray aging tank

1- Turn on the UTM machine by pushing the green button on the machine.

2- Open the UTM software with the following icon:

3- Test standard selection:

3-1 Click on the Test standard bar

3-2 Make sure the right test standard is chosen

4 Defining Specimen:

Click on the new specimen button

5- Define a name for the specimen and put the number of specimens in the blank and select OK:

6- Click on Batch modify button to put the specification and all the required information and click OK:

7- Modify the information on the main screen if needed:

8- The samples must be conditioned according to the test standard.

9- Put the sample in the grips and make sure it is positioned in the middle of the grips. 

The upper jaw can move using the up and down buttons:

10- For starting the test you need to click the Test button: 

11- The live test result can be seen through the tabs:

 This is a Multi graph result sample:

12- For printing the result or exporting in pdf, word or excel format, click on the Test Result tab 

Then you can see a preview of the report by clicking on the Edit Report button:

13-The report header can be modified before printing or saving:

14- For doing compression or 3 point bending tests click on the Edit button:

15- From dop down list change the stage direction from Tensile to Compression:
