What testing equipment for the electronics industry will you find in UBY?

Climate and environmental test

①Temperature (-73~180℃): high temperature, low temperature, temperature cycling, rapid rate temperature change, thermal shock, etc, to check the storage and operation performance of electronic products (materials) in a hot or cold environment, and check whether the test piece will be damaged or its function degraded. Use temperature test chambers to test them.

②Temperature humidity(-73~180, 10%~98%RH): high-temperature high humidity, high-temperature low humidity, low-temperature low humidity, temperature humidity cycling, etc, to check the storage and operation performance of electronic products (materials) in temperature humidity environment, and check whether the test piece will be damaged or its function degraded.

Pressure (bar): 300,000, 50,000, 10000, 5000, 2000, 1300, 1060, 840, 700, 530, 300, 200; to check the storage and operation performance of electronic products (materials) in a different pressure environment, and check whether the test piece will be damaged or its function degraded.

④ Rain spray test(IPx1~IPX9K): simulate different degrees of rainy environment, to determine the rain-proof function of the sample shell, and examine the function of the sample when and after it is exposed to rain. Rain spray test chamber works here.

⑤ Sand and dust(IP 5x ip6x): simulate sand and dust environment, to determine the dust-proof function of the sample shell, and examine the function of the sample when and after it is exposed to sand dust.

Chemical environment test

①Salt fog: The chloride liquid particles suspended in the air are called salt fog. The salt fog can go deep from the sea to 30-50 kilometers along the coast with the wind. The amount of sedimentation on ships and islands can reach more than 5 ml/cm2 per day. Use a Salt fog test chamber to do the salt fog test is to evaluate the salt spray corrosion resistance of the metal materials, metal coatings, paints, or coatings of electronic components.

②Ozone: Ozone is harmful to electronic products. The ozone test chamber simulates and strengthens the conditions of ozone, studies the effects of ozone on rubber, and then takes effective anti-aging measures to improve the life of rubber products.

③Sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, nitrogen, and oxides: In the chemical industry sector, including mines, fertilizers, medicine, rubber, etc., the air contains many corrosive gases, the main components of which are sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and nitrogen oxide, etc. These substances can form acidic and alkaline gases under humid conditions and damage various electronic products.

Mechanical environment test

①Vibration: The actual vibration conditions are more complicated. It may be a simple sinusoidal vibration, or a complex random vibration, or even a sine vibration superimposed on random vibration. We use vibration test chambers to do the test.

②Impact and collision: Electronic products are often damaged by collision during transportation and use, bump test equipment for it.

③Free drop test: Electronic products will fall due to carelessness during use and transportation.
