Temperature & Humidity Cycling Chambers: Core for Advanced Manufacturing Reliability

Temperature and Humidity Cycling Test Chambers are key environmental reliability testing equipment, acting as a core quality control solution throughout R&D and mass production in advanced manufacturing sectors including semiconductors, automotive electronics and aerospace. They deliver robust support for verifying industrial products’ adaptability to extreme environmental conditions.

Accurately simulating alternating temperature and humidity environments, these chambers conduct 85℃/85%RH double 85 testing compliant with IEC 60068-2-78, effectively detecting potential defects and mitigating in-service failure risks. In semiconductors, they test critical materials like 8-inch silicon wafers and epoxy molding compounds—identifying warpage and interfacial delamination—and support reliability verification for 3nm/2nm advanced process devices. For automotive electronics, they perform -40℃ to 85℃ wide-temperature cycling tests on on-board ECUs and power battery packs, addressing BMS sampling harness embrittlement and battery capacity fading under high temp/humidity, and meet AEC-Q100 automotive-grade standards. In aerospace, they conduct over 1000 hours of double 85 testing on satellite electronic components and arrow-borne computer circuit boards, pre-detecting solder joint cracking and coating peeling in line with MIL-STD-810H military standards.

Currently, our Temperature and Humidity Cycling Test Chambers are continuously upgraded for higher precision and intelligent operation, achieving precise control with ±0.5℃ temperature fluctuation and ±2%RH humidity accuracy. Integratable with multi-parameter simulation functions, they significantly boost overall testing efficiency. As the quality gatekeeper of advanced manufacturing, these chambers keep pace with the development needs of semiconductors, new energy vehicles, aerospace and other key industries, providing solid guarantees for breaking technical bottlenecks and building a reliable foundation for product quality across sectors.
