High-Pressure Accelerated Aging Test Chamber (HAST): Core Equipment for High-End Product Reliability Testing

In high-end manufacturing fields such as semiconductors, automotive electronics and aerospace, product reliability is crucial. The High-Pressure Accelerated Aging Test Chamber (HAST, full name: Highly Accelerated Stress Test Chamber) serves as core reliability testing equipment. The equipment can flexibly switch between three modes: HAST (with bias), UHAST (without bias) and PCT, adapting to different product needs; parameters such as temperature (105℃–160℃), humidity (65%–100%RH) and pressure (0.1–0.5MPa) are adjustable, capable of adapting to various testing scenarios such as small components and large parts.

It is widely used in high-end fields such as semiconductors and automotive electronics, capable of testing core components such as chips and power batteries. It also strictly complies with international and domestic standards such as JESD22-A110, meeting compliance requirements in different regions.
