Iyini indinganiso ye-ASTM yokuhlolwa kwe-abrasion?

Emhlabeni wokuhlolwa kwezinto zokwakha, ikakhulukazi ama-coatings nopende, ukuqonda ukumelana nemihuzuko kubalulekile. Yilapho imishini yokuhlola ukuhuzuka (eyaziwa nangokuthi imishini yokuhlola ukugqokwa nomaumshini wokuhlola i-abrasive) ngena. I-ASTM (Inhlangano YaseMelika Yokuhlola Nezinto Zokusebenza) ithuthukise izindinganiso ezimbalwa zokuqondisa ukuhlolwa kokuhuzuka. Izindinganiso ezimbili eziphawulekayo i-ASTM D2486 ne-ASTM D3450, egxile ezicini ezihlukene zokuhlolwa kokuhuzuka.

Amazinga e-ASTM okungenzeka asebenze kakhulu ekuhlolweni kwakho kokuhuzuka ahlanganisa:

I-ASTM D2486– Leli izinga lokuhlola lokulinganisa ukumelana kukapende nokuguguleka okubangelwa ukukhuhla.

I-ASTM D3450- Lena indlela ejwayelekile yokuhlola izakhiwo eziwashekayo zezingubo zezakhiwo zangaphakathi.

I-ASTM D4213- Lena indlela ejwayelekile yokuhlola ukumelana nokukhuhla kopende ngokuncipha kwesisindo somhuzuko.

I-ASTM D4828- Lena indlela yokuhlola emisiwe yokugezeka okusebenzayo kwezingubo zemvelo.

I-ASTM F1319– Lena indlela yokuhlola ejwayelekile echaza inqubo yokunquma inani lesithombe esidluliswa phezu kwendwangu emhlophe ngokuhlikihla.

I-ASTM D2486 iyindinganiso eyenzelwe ngqo ukukala ukumelana kwezingubo zokukhuhla ukugqwala. Lokhu kuhlola kubaluleke kakhulu ekupendeni nasekufakeni abakhiqizi ngoba kulingisa ukuguga okwenzeka ezinhlelweni zomhlaba wangempela. Ukuhlola kuhilela ukufaka indawo eboshiwe esenzweni sokukhuhla (imvamisa ngento egqamile ecacisiwe) ukuze kunqunywe amandla okunamathela okumelana nomonakalo.
