Uvavanyo lokuqinisekisa ukuguga kwepakeji ye-semiconductor-PCT igumbi lovavanyo lokuguga elikhawulezisiweyo le-voltage ephezulu

Isicelo:

Uxinzelelo oluphezulu lwe-PCT luyakhawuleziswaigumbi lokuvavanya ukugugaluhlobo lwesixhobo sokuvavanya esisebenzisa ukufudumeza ukuvelisa umphunga. Ukusebenza kwezixhobo:

2. Umgangatho wobushushu bovavanyo unokufikelela kwinqanaba lemizi-mveliso, apho ubushushu obuphezulu bufikelela kwi-150℃ kwaye obona buphantsi bufikelela kwi-60℃, kwaye inkqubo yokulungisa ubushushu iyazisebenzela ngokwayo;
3. Ngexesha lenkqubo yokutshintsha kobushushu, kuya kubakho umphunga wamanzi, nto leyo enokubangela iimeko ezinzima zovavanyo.

 

Iziphumo ezinamandla:

1. Imveliso evavanyiweyo ifakwa phantsi kobushushu obuphezulu, ukufuma kunye noxinzelelo, okuya kukhawulezisa uvavanyo lobomi bokwaluphala kwaye kunciphise ixesha lovavanyo lobomi bemveliso iyonke;
